It's really important to us that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, just let us know and we will happily process a free return or exchange for you.*

You have 30 days from the shipping date of your purchase to email customerservice@shaunscalifornia.com and let us know you would like to start a return/exchange.

For all full-price domestic order returns, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label to cover the shipping cost of your return/exchange.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and can take up to 5-7 business days.

We will happily accept unused full-price merchandise in salable condition with original packaging elements. Restocking fees may be incurred for missing items/ packaging.

Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international sales.
